Current Issues in International Arbitration

In March of 2018, the Third Annual JAMS-USC International Arbitration symposium took place at the USC law school. Our own Richard Chernick is at the center of organizing and hosting this event, and as a result we were able to obtain audio files and slides of the four panel presentations. The panelists include several JAMS arbitrators and many other distinguished guests, discussing a wide range of topics — including recent efforts to increase international business in the US (and in particular, in California) and the upsides and downsides of appellate procedures.
